Griffith University recognises the many uncertainties facing those looking to study internationally in the coming months. To help make that decision a little bit easier, we are excited to announce our new, simplified international scholarships program. Valid for students looking to join us in T3/2020 or throughout 2021, there are two new categories of international scholarship:

1. Academic Merit Scholarship

2. Academic Excellence Scholarship

No separate application is required as eligibility will be assessed at the same time as the application for admission to the University. More details are available here. International Student Academic Merit Scholarship Scholarships will be offered to eligible students entering undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs. The scholarship covers 20% of tuition fees which will be deducted from undergraduate or postgraduate coursework tuition fees for the duration of the program. Each deduction will be applied by the Griffith University census date of each relevant trimester of the program. To be eligible to receive the scholarship deduction, students must be enrolled full-time (40CP), unless credit prevents full-time enrolment, and maintain a GPA of at least 5.0. Learn more about this scholarship here International Student Academic Excellence Scholarship Scholarships will be offered to eligible students entering undergraduate and postgraduate coursework programs. The scholarship covers 25% of tuition fees which will be deducted from undergraduate or postgraduate coursework tuition fees for the duration of the program. The deduction will be applied by the Griffith University census date of each relevant trimester of the program. To be eligible to receive the scholarship deduction, students must be enrolled full-time (40CP), unless credit prevents full-time enrolment, and maintain a GPA of 5.5.
