Accelerated Bachelor of Nursing Program – June 2023

We are thrilled to announce that we are now accepting applications for our Accelerated Bachelor of Nursing program, which will commence on 26 June 2023. This program is open to international applicants until the 1st May 2023.

The Accelerated first year of the program is designed to enable students to complete the first year of the Bachelor of Nursing (Pre-Registration) in an accelerated mode. Upon successful completion, students will enter their second year of the Bachelor of Nursing in Semester 1, 2024.

The program is taught in two non-standard Teaching Periods at the Bundoora campus. All new commencing students must arrive in Australia before the course commencement for on-campus study from the first day of classes. Late arrival is not possible under any circumstances due to the study plan and clinical components.

Important notes:

• The Accelerated Nursing program is not a packaged course.

• Students successfully completing the accelerated first year will not be eligible for an alternate exit.

• This course has a compulsory face-to-face teaching requirement. Thus, the student is required to attend on-campus classes from 26 June 2023.

• Students seeking credit exemptions will not be eligible to apply for this course.

• Students studying the Accelerated Nursing program will not be able to transfer into another course at the end of their first year.

• Deferral is not permitted for this Accelerated course.

• There are limited places available for this program. Thus, places will be given on a first-come-first-served basis.

Requirements:

IELTS, PTE, and TOEFL iBT are accepted for this course. To view the required English scores, please refer to the course page here.

Teaching Period 1:

Week 27 – Week 38

• Classes start 26 June 2023

• Classes end 15 September 2023

• Exams: 18-26 September 2023

Teaching Period 2:

Week 43 – Week 03

• Classes start 16 October 2023

• Classes end 19 January 2024

• Exams: 22-30 January 2024
