The Career Ready Advantage Award is structured in three parts to help students develop the skills and experience that employers highly value:

1. Professional Learning: LinkedIn Learning modules, attendance at careers events and workshops and professional development learning.

2. Practical Experiences: Innovation challenges, paid employment, volunteering, mentoring and virtual experience programs.

3. Career Portfolio: Job application documents, LinkedIn profile and career plan.

You will receive a certificate recognising this important achievement and the award will also appear on your academic transcript.
